Curb Your Sugar Cravings With This Yummy Recipe for Vegan Muffins!




This is my go to recipe for yummy muffins! They are super easy and quick to make. AND they are vegan, you need minimal ingredients, and the WHOLE FAMILY likes them! My husband, 6 year old AND my 16 year old! They gobble them up!


This recipe came about because I have been focusing on eating healthier and reducing my sugar intake since going alc-free. It is common for people who give up alcohol to turn to sugar and sweets. Your body is still wanting that sugar that the alcohol provided so you end up, often without realizing, reaching for sweet treats. I definitely allowed myself those indulgences (with grace) because it helped me not drink BUT, it's been over a year and it's time to make some adjustments! I first tried this recipe and put chocolate chips in it for a healthier alternative to the processed chocolate treats I was eating. Then I tried it with blueberries and that was surprisingly good as well!
