Craving Something Sweet?? Try This Recipe for Homemade Vegan Peanut Butter Cups!

I had a sweet tooth prior to going alcohol-free and it may have gotten a little more intense after I quit drinking! I try as best I can to limit my intake of sweets and also have been focusing lately on not eating packaged foods. So this recipe works great because I feel like it's a little healthier since its homemade? Hey at least there are less chemicals and preservatives in homemade desserts, right?


Anyway, I have been making these for a while now and just love them. A few tips are that you can freeze them, (which is nice because then you always have something on hand to grab when the craving hits), you can leave them sit out for a bit until the chocolate gets a little soft and then they are easier to eat, and you can also make mini ones if you want a smaller serving and/or prefer to pop them in your mouth!


Moral of the story is, you are better off indulging in something sweet than reaching for a drink, and if you're going to indulge in some dessert, it might as well be as healthy as possible!
